UGI Packaging manufactures custom perfume packaging boxes, inserts, labels and decorated presentation components. Our factory builds rigid and folding structures, cuts and wraps board, produces fitted paper, foam or molded plastic inserts, prints and finishes surfaces, assembles hardware and performs QC. We engineer packaging around the supplied perfume bottle; we do not claim to manufacture glass bottles, pumps or atomizers.

Rigid, magnetic and lid-and-base structures

Lid-and-base, book-style magnetic and other rigid structures differ in opening, hinge, closure and packing requirements. Bottle weight and center of gravity determine board thickness and insert support.

Fitted inserts

The insert must restrain the bottle without scratching decorated glass, caps or labels. Cavity size, neck support, finger access, removal force and accessory separation are approved using actual components.

Printing and tactile finishes

Our printing and finishing equipment applies process color, spot color, foil, embossing, lamination and project-approved tactile finishes. Fine artwork and dark colors require a production-material proof.

Design, sampling and QC

Send the bottle, cap and accessories or controlled drawings, filled weight, structure, insert, materials, artwork, finishes, quantity and packing route. The project may require a white structural sample followed by a material-complete sample.
