UGI Packaging manufactures custom cosmetic packaging boxes, paper cartons, rigid presentation boxes, inserts, labels and decorated packaging components within our confirmed production scope. We do not claim to manufacture glass bottles, jars, pumps or atomizers; those pictured product components are used as dimensional and presentation references when we engineer the surrounding box and insert.
Bottle and jar fit references
Send the actual container, cap, pump or controlled drawing so our engineers can set cavity size, neck clearance, orientation and removal access. Product weight and fragility determine whether the insert uses paperboard, foam, molded plastic or another approved structure.
Gift boxes and inserts
Our factory produces folding cartons, wrapped rigid boxes and fitted inserts for perfume, skincare and cosmetic sets. The insert must prevent glass components from striking each other and keep pumps, caps and accessories below the lid clearance.

Decoration and component boundaries
Electroplated or decorated bottles may have delicate surfaces. Our insert and box design avoids rubbing points, while our printing, foil, embossing and labeling equipment decorates the packaging components we manufacture. Any coating or compatibility claim must be supported for the exact project material.
Quotation, sampling and QC
Provide every container and accessory dimension, filled weight, pack orientation, box structure, insert, artwork, finishes, quantity, destination and packing method. Fixed costs may include structural samples, cutting tools, logo dies and forming molds. Production starts after the physical fit sample and material-complete sample are approved.
Our QC checks box and insert dimensions, container fit, clearance, print registration, finish position, wrapped edges, adhesive marks, accessory separation and retail packing. Market-specific documentation applies only to the approved materials and intended use; the European Commission overview illustrates why material requirements are tied to intended contact and use.
