- Decide on exact dimensions — length, width and depth
- Consider flat-pack (cheaper to import, less shipping space)
- Separate lid, flip open or slide out?
- Colour and finish — matt or gloss?
- Padding inlay, cardboard inserts or holders?
- Logo with silver/gold foil stamping?
- Send art file (JPEG, CDR, AI, PDF or BMP) or technical sketch — or let our designer create one

Recycled & Eco-Friendly Packaging
A range of recycled boxes in different sizes and colours — both recycled and recyclable, providing eco-friendly packaging solutions. Available finished or flat-packed.
For every tonne of paper recycled, savings include at least 3,000 litres of water, 3,000–4,000 kWh of electricity (enough for a 3-bedroom house for a year) and 95% of air pollution reduction. Recycling uses up to 70% less energy than producing paper from virgin wood.
Working Process
- Request a quote by email with your specifications, photos, art files or technical sketch
- If you have a similar box to reference, send it via courier after agreeing the quote
- UGI provides a sample and final quote with technical sketch (PDF/AI/CDR). Sample charge refunded on formal order.
- Approve sample, place order and sign contract with 40% advance payment — production begins
- If significant changes are needed, a 2nd sample is strongly recommended before confirming the final version
