UGI Packaging manufactures custom candy boxes, chocolate gift boxes, macaron cartons, rigid presentation boxes, window boxes, cylinders, trays and fitted inserts in our factory. We convert and print paper and board, form approved plastic components, wrap rigid structures, die-cut inserts, apply finishes, assemble sets and inspect the completed packaging.
Select the structure around product count and display
Macaron displays, heart boxes, window cartons, drawer boxes, magnetic rigid boxes, cylinders, hampers and pillow boxes have different cavity depth, opening action and packing labor. Define piece dimensions, count, orientation, product fragility and whether each item uses a cup, tray, wrapper or direct-contact cavity.
Define the contact boundary and insert
Paperboard, covering paper, plastic window film, trays and coatings must be selected for the exact contact condition. A decorative outer box may be separated from the confectionery by cups, wraps or a tray; that boundary must appear in the specification.
The European Commission food-contact overview explains the regulatory concept but does not certify a finished box. Our custom insert process covers cavity fit and removal access.
Printing and surface finishes
Our printing and finishing equipment applies project-approved inks, lamination, foil, embossing and spot effects. Fine graphics and metallic finishes require a material proof, and adhesives or cut edges must remain within the approved contact design.
For paperboard construction, see our folding carton production guide.
Sampling, quotation and QC
Send candy dimensions and count, product weight, contact boundary, structure, insert or tray, materials, artwork, finishes, quantity, destination and packing method. Production starts after fit, materials and artwork are approved; no fixed MOQ or lead time should be assumed without the final specification.
Our QC checks dimensions, cavity and product fit, opening action, windows, trays, print, foil or embossing, adhesive control, cleanliness, component count and retail packing.
