UGI Packaging manufactures custom folding cartons for cosmetics, candles, food gift sets, electronics and retail products. Our factory prints, coats, laminates, die-cuts, creases, folds, glues and inspects paperboard cartons. The correct carton is defined by product weight, dimensions, board, closure, display requirement, filling method and distribution route.
Window, clear and general retail cartons
A window carton combines paperboard structure with a clear component and requires controlled window placement, adhesive and product clearance. Fully transparent folded packs use a different plastic-converting route. General retail cartons must keep graphics, folds, glue areas and barcodes coordinated.

Product-specific structures
Cake, cosmetic and candle cartons differ in base load, headroom, grease or heat exposure and display orientation. Lip gloss and fragrance cartons often use small panels where crease quality, tuck friction and fine print registration are critical.

Board and straight-tuck construction
Straight-tuck, reverse-tuck, crash-lock and other structures distribute load differently. Board caliper, grain direction and coating change crease and fold performance. The approved blank and packed sample set the production standard.

Printing, foil, lamination and design development
Our factory applies offset, digital, screen or other approved printing, followed by lamination, foil, embossing or coating where required. Fixed costs can include cutting tools, print plates, foil or embossing dies and structural development.

Capacity, QC and applications
Quantity affects imposition, tooling use, packing and production route, but no fixed minimum or lead time should be assumed without the final specification. Distribution validation should use the actual packed product; ISTA test procedures provide recognized options.
