UGI Packaging manufactures custom bento boxes, paper lunch bags, folding food cartons, sleeves, inserts and insulated lunch carriers using our paper converting, printing, plastic forming, textile and nonwoven sewing, assembly and QC equipment. The package must be specified around portion layout, weight, food-contact boundary, temperature, leak risk, carrying method and delivery duration.
Choose the bento or carrier structure
Lid-and-base paper boxes, auto-lock cartons, divided trays, window boxes, rigid gift sets, paper lunch bags and insulated carriers solve different packing needs. Compartments must hold the intended portions without transferring load into lids or leaking across sections.
Define materials and the contact boundary
Paper, board, plastic trays, foil linings, coatings and adhesives require exact use conditions. The European Commission overview explains the food-contact framework but does not certify a finished bento pack. State whether food contacts a tray, liner, cup or coated board directly.
Coordinate printing, bags and inserts
Our printing and finishing equipment decorates suitable paper and carrier surfaces. Inserts, dividers, windows, handles and insulation layers must be approved together because they change usable volume and assembly order.

Quotation and QC
Send portion dimensions and weights, temperature, contact boundary, structure, materials, closure, handle or insulation, artwork, quantity and delivery route. Production begins after the packed-product sample and materials are approved. Our QC checks dimensions, compartments, lid or closure, handles, seams, print, adhesive control, cleanliness and packing.
