Thermal performance is a property of the complete loaded system, not one material layer, so the specification must include contents, starting temperature, coolant, opening frequency, ambient conditions and delivery duration.
Choose the bag structure and closure
Flat foil bags, zippered cooler bags, handled totes, cake carriers and disposable insulated formats use different seams, openings and load paths. Define container orientation, usable volume, handle position and whether the bag must fold for return or storage.
Specify every layer and attachment
Outer nonwoven or textile, insulation, reflective lining, reinforcement, zipper, thread and handles form one mechanical and thermal system. Thickness alone cannot predict holding time because seams, compression, openings and empty air space affect performance.
Printing, sampling and related carrier design
Our screen and transfer-printing equipment decorates suitable outer materials. Approve color and adhesion on the actual bag because heat, texture and folds can change reproduction.
