UGI Packaging manufactures custom fast food packaging using our paper conversion and printing, plastic forming and molding, die-cutting, folding, gluing, assembly and QC equipment. We develop burger boxes, snack cups, bowls, bento cartons, trays, sleeves and wrappers around portion dimensions, grease or moisture exposure, temperature, contact boundary and delivery route.
Choose the structure from the food and service method
Burgers, fries, salads, meals and snacks need different ventilation, leak control, base support and opening access. Folded cartons, bowls with lids, divided boxes, formed fiber references and paper boats use different production routes; project-specific capability must be confirmed for any material outside our stated paper, plastic and molding scope.
Define materials, barriers and contact conditions
Paperboard, kraft, plastic, coatings, inks and adhesives must be selected for the exact food, temperature, contact time and destination. The European Commission food-contact overview explains the regulatory framework but does not certify a finished package.
Sampling, printing and related packaging
Our printing equipment applies approved graphics before cutting and forming. Physical samples should test filling, closing, stacking, opening and delivery with the actual portions.

Quotation and QC
Send food dimensions and weight, temperature, contact boundary, structure, materials, barrier, artwork, quantity and packing route. Production starts after the packed-product sample and materials are approved. Our QC checks dimensions, folds, locks, lid fit, print, coating position, adhesive control, cleanliness and packing.
