UGI Packaging manufactures custom bread packaging in our factory, including window cartons, kraft boxes, handled carriers, folding cartons, rigid presentation boxes, corrugated shippers and paper bags. Our paper conversion, printing, die cutting, window fitting, folding, gluing, handle assembly and QC equipment supports packaging developed around loaf dimensions, weight, crust sensitivity, grease or moisture exposure and distribution route.
Choose the structure around bread type and route
A display carton, handled carrier, rigid gift box and corrugated shipper provide different ventilation, compression and carrying performance. Define loaf dimensions, count, orientation, whether the bread is wrapped internally and the time between packing and consumption.
Define material and food-contact boundaries
Paperboard, kraft, corrugated board, windows, coatings, inks and adhesives require exact use conditions. The European Commission overview explains why the intended contact and material construction matter; it does not certify a finished bread package.
Sampling, printing and related structures
Our printing and finishing equipment applies approved graphics and effects while keeping windows, folds and adhesive areas within the specified design. Physical sampling should assess loaf clearance, base deflection, opening action and packing speed.

Quotation and QC
Send loaf dimensions and weight, wrapping or contact boundary, structure, material, window, handle, artwork, finishes, quantity and route. Production begins after the packed-product sample and material specification are approved. Our QC checks dimensions, folds, locks, windows, handles, print, adhesive control, cleanliness and master-carton packing.
Frequently asked questions
Which bread-package structure should I choose?
Choose from loaf dimensions and weight, wrapping or direct-contact boundary, display, ventilation, carrying method and distribution route.
Does kraft paper automatically qualify for bread contact?
No. Suitability depends on the exact paper, coating, ink, adhesive, food type, temperature, contact time and destination documentation.
Can UGI Packaging manufacture bread shippers and retail boxes?
Yes. Our factory converts paperboard and corrugated board, prints, die-cuts, folds, glues, assembles and performs QC.
What does bread-packaging QC inspect?
QC checks dimensions, base and lid fit, folds, windows, handles, printing, adhesive control, cleanliness and packing.
