UGI Packaging manufactures custom luxury jewelry gift boxes using our board conversion, woodworking, leather processing, plastic forming, printing, metalworking, coating, assembly and QC equipment. The structure and insert must be developed together around the jewelry dimensions, surface sensitivity, display angle, removal action and retail packing sequence.
Select the structure around the jewelry set
Magnetic rigid, book-style, drawer, lid-and-base, octagonal, cylindrical, wooden and foldable boxes differ in opening action, usable depth, tooling and assembly. Rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets and mixed sets need different support points and lid clearance.
Build an insert that presents without damaging
Velvet, microfiber, paperboard, foam and molded plastic inserts vary in compression, cut-edge appearance and contact behavior. Ring slots, earring holes, necklace hooks and bracelet cushions must be tested with the actual products or controlled gauges.
See our custom insert manufacturing process and related rigid box construction.
Apply printing and premium finishes
Our equipment applies printing, foil, embossing, coating, laser and transfer decoration to suitable paper, leather, wood, plastic and metal components. Small logos need minimum line and gap controls; dark coverings and metallic finishes need approved color and abrasion samples.
Quotation, sampling and QC
Send every jewelry dimension, weight and display orientation, structure, insert, covering, hardware, artwork, finishes, quantity and packing method. Fixed costs may include structural samples, cutting dies, forming molds, logo tools and assembly fixtures. Distribution testing should use the packed product; ISTA procedures provide recognized options.
Our QC checks dimensions, opening action, hinges or magnets, insert position, product fit, wrapping, seams, print, finishes, cleanliness, accessory count and packing.
