UGI Packaging manufactures custom food packaging supplies within our confirmed scope using paper converting and printing, plastic forming and molding, metal cutting and forming, decoration, assembly and QC equipment. Relevant projects include grease-resistant papers, baking liners, paper or plastic straws, foil trays, printed flags and plastic cake toppers, but every material and food-contact claim must be supported for the exact construction and intended use.
Specify wrapping papers and baking liners
Wrapping sheets and liners need defined paper, coating, dimensions, perforation, release, grease or moisture exposure and temperature. A color or finish sample does not establish food-contact or heat performance; approve the material records and completed-use test.
Control printing and straw construction
Our printing equipment applies project-approved colors and patterns to suitable papers. Paper and molded plastic straw projects require diameter, length, wall, coating or resin, beverage temperature and exposure time. The original missing paper-straw image has been replaced with a verified live paper-straw image from the same UGI Packaging media library and recorded in the source manifest.
Manufacture foil and plastic service components
Our metalworking equipment cuts and forms relevant foil trays, while our plastic molding and forming equipment produces approved plastic components. Accessories such as flags and toppers require dimensions, edge safety, decoration and set packing.
Related applications appear in our fast food packaging and commercial printing.
Documentation, quotation and QC
The European Commission overview explains food-contact obligations but does not certify a generic supply. Send dimensions, material, food and temperature conditions, artwork, quantity and packing. Our QC checks dimensions, weight, coating or surface, print, forming, edges, cleanliness, component count and agreed documentation.
Frequently asked questions
Can UGI Packaging manufacture paper, foil and plastic food-service supplies?
Yes. Our confirmed scope includes paper converting and printing, metal cutting and forming, plastic molding and forming, decoration, assembly and QC.
Does PFAS-free or food-safe wording prove compliance?
No. Claims require the exact material, test scope, food type, temperature, contact time, destination and supporting documentation.
Why was one original paper-straw image replaced?
The original source URL returns 404 and the file could not be recovered. A verified live UGI Packaging paper-straw image was used and the replacement is explicitly recorded.
What does food-supply QC inspect?
QC checks material, dimensions, weight, coating or surface, printing, forming, edges, cleanliness, component count and agreed documentation.
