Start with the product and packing line
We need the product’s maximum dimensions, weight, centre of gravity, closure or pump projection and the orientation in which it will be packed. Folding cartons can suit lightweight individual products, while rigid or foldable gift boxes are better for premium sets. Inserts may use paperboard or other project-approved components, but retention should be tested with the real product rather than estimated from a drawing.

Our cosmetics-box production route
Depending on construction, our factory route may include sheet cutting, offset or digital printing, coating or lamination, foil stamping, embossing/debossing, die-cutting and creasing, folding/gluing, rigid-board mounting, insert conversion and assembly. Sampling and QC

These are prevented through product samples, tolerance review, finish zoning and filled-pack testing.
