We cut and machine wood, convert and wrap board, cut and sew leather, print and finish surfaces, fit approved hardware and humidification components, assemble the box and inspect the completed packaging.

Hinged wooden boxes, magnetic rigid boxes, drawer boxes, book-style cases and travel humidors differ in internal volume, hinge load, lid alignment and packing efficiency. Define cigar dimensions, count, presentation direction and whether the box is retail packaging, a reusable humidor or a travel case.

Wood, lining, inserts and humidity components

Wood species, board core, leather covering, lining and insert geometry must be approved as one construction. Cedar lining and third-party humidity packs, hygrometers or other components require an exact specification; we manufacture and assemble the box but do not convert a component supplier’s claim into a guarantee for the finished pack.

Printing, lacquer, foil and tactile finishes

Our printing, coating, foil, embossing, laser and transfer equipment supports project-approved decoration on wood, paper, leather and metal components. Dark lacquer, high gloss and soft-touch surfaces need production-material samples because dust, scratches, color variation and rubbing points become more visible.

Regulatory artwork, sampling and QC

The buyer must supply destination-specific warnings, legal text and placement rules. The FDA cigar labeling page is an official U.S. reference, but the final requirement depends on the product and market.

Send cigar dimensions and count, structure, wood or board, lining, insert, hardware, humidity components, artwork, finishes, quantity and packing method. Our QC checks dimensions, lid and drawer action, hinges, locks, lining, odor, surface finish, print, component count and retail packing.

Does UGI Packaging manufacture wooden cigar boxes?

Can humidity components be included?

Approved humidity packs, hygrometers and related components can be specified and assembled, but their performance claims must come from the component documentation and completed-pack testing.
