Kevin Wang

Kevin Wang is a Packaging Materials Engineer at UGI Printing & Packaging with 9 years of expertise in paper and paperboard, flexible films, barrier materials, rigid plastics and adhesive systems used in OEM packaging production. He is responsible for raw material specification, supplier qualification, incoming material testing and technical problem-solving related to material performance in printing and converting processes. Kevin has particular expertise in barrier film structure design for food and pharmaceutical applications, having worked with clients to develop packaging solutions meeting specific OTR and WVTR targets. He also leads UGI sustainable material evaluation, including recycled content PCR materials, bio-based PLA and PBAT alternatives and FSC certified board specification for eco-packaging briefs.
