UGI Packaging manufactures custom stickers, labels, transfer graphics and decorative tape using our printing, die-cutting, foil, embossing, thermal-transfer, heat-transfer, water-transfer, assembly and QC equipment. Material, adhesive, print method and finish must be selected from the application surface, exposure, service temperature, removal requirement and destination rules.
Paper, film and logo-label formats
Paper labels suit many dry retail applications; film labels can support moisture or durability requirements when the exact material and adhesive are approved. Rectangular and custom-shape labels require controlled corner radius, liner and dispensing method.
Holographic, transfer and embossed effects
Holographic films, UV DTF transfers, embossed seals and shrink sleeves use different processes and application conditions. A decorative effect does not prove durability or regulatory suitability; test the exact construction on the final surface.
Tape, personalized and foil labels
Decorative tape, variable-photo stickers and foil labels require artwork, repeat length, roll direction, foil area and packing specifications. Variable data should be supplied in a controlled file linked to the required quantity.
Die cutting, branding and barcode control
Irregular die-cut labels need minimum bridges, peel behavior and waste-matrix control. Brand labels should include required identifiers without crowding small text. For wider print production, see our commercial printing guide and holographic finishing process.
When a label carries a barcode, size, quiet zones, contrast and print quality must follow the applicable system; GS1 publishes barcode standards, but verification must use the final printed label and scanner conditions.
Quotation, sampling and QC
Send the application surface, label size and shape, face stock, adhesive requirement, liner, artwork, colors, finishes, roll direction, quantity and exposure conditions. Production starts after the material and print sample are approved. Our QC checks material, dimensions, print, color, die cut, foil or embossing, liner, roll direction, adhesion sample and packing count.
Frequently asked questions
Which sticker material should I choose?
Choose from the application surface, moisture and temperature exposure, required life, removal behavior, print method and destination requirements.
Can UGI Packaging produce holographic and transfer stickers?
Yes. Our confirmed equipment scope includes printing, die cutting, foil, embossing, thermal transfer, heat transfer and water transfer for relevant projects.
Do barcode labels need verification?
Yes. Verify the final printed size, quiet zones, contrast and scan performance under the intended conditions.
What information is needed for a label quote?
Provide surface, size, shape, material, adhesive, liner, artwork, finishes, roll direction, quantity and exposure conditions.
