Define the packaging boundary and product system
List every primary container, cap, jar, bottle, tube or applicator supplied for the project, then define the secondary box, tray, sleeve, insert, label, pouch or bag that UGI Packaging must manufacture. Provide filled dimensions and weight rather than relying on nominal component capacity.
State target market, formula sensitivity, leakage risk, light and temperature exposure, decoration, tamper feature and retail channel. Pumps, atomizers and dispensers are outside the generally confirmed production scope unless a project verifies them, so they should not be presented as automatically manufactured in-house.

Control claims and regulatory evidence
The buyer is responsible for formula, mandatory label content and market authorization. The EU Cosmetics Regulation is a primary source for products placed on the EU market within its scope. It does not certify a specific UGI Packaging component or replace compatibility testing.
A material document should be linked to the exact component, supplier lot and intended use. Avoid claiming universal chemical compatibility, recyclability or food-grade status for a mixed cosmetic package.
Sample the assembled retail set
Use actual filled or representative components to approve insert retention, closing, leakage containment, rub, decoration, barcode and unboxing. Our factory manufactures the approved outer packaging and components, assembles the retail set where specified and inspects fit and appearance.
Production begins after component list, dimensions, materials, artwork, evidence requirements, samples and packing are approved. Our QC team checks version, fit, printing, finish, assembly and SKU separation against the released specification.
