Factory materials, equipment and processes

Our production route may include board cutting and grooving, offset or digital printing of wrap paper, coating or lamination, foil stamping, embossing/debossing, die-cutting, mounting, folding/gluing, hinge assembly, insert cutting and lining placement. Equipment is selected for the approved paper-box construction; UGI Packaging does not imply production of metal, leather or jewelry components outside that scope.

Sampling and quality control

Usually not well. Each item has different support points, movement and removal needs, so insert geometry should be developed from representative products.
