UGI is a packaging manufacturer with in-house production in Huadu District, Guangzhou. Custom bread bag projects are managed through UGI rather than handled as a trading-only service.

There is no single MOQ that applies to every bread bag. The feasible quantity depends on the material, bag structure, dimensions, printing process and finishing. Small-run options are available for suitable specifications, and the project-specific quantity is confirmed with each quotation.

Every custom bread bag project involves fixed preparation costs. Depending on the specification, these may include artwork and prepress preparation, dieline development, printing plates or cylinders, Pantone ink matching, material setup, machine calibration, cutting and bag-making setup, sampling and initial quality inspection.

These costs are distributed across the production quantity. Smaller runs normally have a higher unit price, while larger runs spread the setup costs across more bags. Digital printing can remove some conventional plate-making costs, but material preparation, cutting, bag-making and production setup still apply.

Yes. UGI can evaluate small-run options according to the bag material, size, printing coverage and converting requirements. Digital printing may be recommended when it is technically and commercially suitable. The available quantity and price are confirmed after reviewing the artwork and specification.

Available options include kraft paper, white food-grade paper, greaseproof paper, paper-and-film laminates, plastic films and structures with transparent windows. Flat bags, side-gusset bags, square-bottom bags, window bags, resealable structures and other custom formats can be produced subject to engineering review.

Yes. When a project requires food-contact compliance, UGI can source appropriate materials from suppliers that provide the applicable FDA or EU supporting documentation. Compliance is confirmed for the selected material, intended food type, conditions of use and destination market; it does not automatically apply to every material or finished product.

Yes. Available processes include full-colour printing, matte finishes and Pantone colour matching. Offset, flexographic, gravure, digital and screen printing can be evaluated according to the substrate, artwork, quantity and required appearance.

Options can include matte or gloss effects, lamination, specialty coatings, hot foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV and other decorative treatments. Suitability depends on the material, bag structure and food-contact area.

Yes. Blank structural samples, digitally printed samples and production-grade samples are available. Sampling normally takes 7–10 days after the required dimensions, artwork, materials and process details are confirmed.

A sample fee is charged according to the sample type, material, printing method, structure and finishing. The applicable sample charge can be credited towards the production order when the full order is placed, as confirmed in the quotation.

Standard production normally takes 15–45 days after the sample, artwork, specifications and production order have all been approved. Quantity, materials, printing, finishing and seasonal capacity can affect the final schedule.

UGI can provide or confirm a production dieline after the bag dimensions and structure are agreed. Artwork should be prepared on the approved dieline with the required bleed, colour and print specifications.

Yes. UGI can coordinate matching bakery bags, boxes, greaseproof paper and labels or stickers as one packaging programme. The same brand identity can be maintained, but the artwork cannot normally be applied unchanged because each product requires its own dieline and production file.
