Choose a carrier structure around the cup

Single-cup handles, two- or four-cup trays, upright corrugated carriers, flat-pack carriers and gift-style holders transfer load differently. Cup holes must restrain the lower cup without interfering with the lid, while handles and partitions must remain clear of the drink.

Specify board, printing and moisture exposure

Kraft board, coated paperboard and corrugated constructions differ in stiffness, print reproduction and moisture response. Filled-cup testing should include condensation and the actual carry time. Our printing equipment applies project-approved graphics before die cutting and assembly.

Develop the dieline and production route

We create the dieline from cup measurements, count and packing method, then cut and fold a working sample. Tooling, nesting, glue areas and flat-pack orientation affect unit consistency and packing efficiency.

Testing, quotation and QC

Send the physical cup and lid or controlled dimensions, filled weight, cup count, structure, board, artwork, quantity and packing method. Define a carry test using the intended filled load. ISTA procedures may support distribution testing but do not replace the project-specific cup-retention test. Our QC checks dimensions, holes, folds, glue, handle, print and pack count.
