Thomas Wu is the OEM Production Manager at UGI Printing & Packaging with 17 years of experience managing the full OEM packaging production process for international clients, from artwork approval and prepress through sampling, production scheduling, quality control and export shipping. He is the primary point of contact for new OEM client onboarding and oversees production milestone communication and delivery management for all international orders. Thomas has extensive practical knowledge of AQL-based inspection systems, ISPM 15 wood packaging compliance, export documentation requirements and Incoterms 2020 for shipments to North America, Europe, Australia and Southeast Asia. He also advises buyers on MOQ and cost structure, lead time planning and packaging specification development for food, beverage, electronics and e-commerce packaging categories.
