Sarah Li is a Packaging Structure Designer at UGI Printing & Packaging with 10 years of experience in structural design and engineering for rigid boxes, folding cartons, flexible pouches, paper tubes, blister and thermoformed packaging and specialty formats. She specialises in translating brand requirements and product specifications into manufacturable structural designs, optimising for both aesthetic impact and production efficiency. Sarah uses CAD-based dieline development and physical prototyping to validate structural performance before full production, and has delivered structural solutions for clients across luxury, beauty, electronics, food and gift packaging sectors. She holds a degree in Packaging Engineering from Zhejiang University of Technology.
