Grace Zhou is the Sustainability and Compliance Officer at UGI Printing & Packaging with 8 years of experience in sustainable packaging strategy, eco certification management, environmental compliance and regulatory affairs for OEM packaging production. She manages UGI FSC chain of custody certification, oversees compliance with EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation PPWR, food-contact material FDA and EU 10/2011 compliance documentation and pharmaceutical GMP packaging requirements. Grace advises international clients on sustainable material selection, recyclability design, carbon footprint measurement and extended producer responsibility EPR, and works closely with production teams to implement waste reduction and VOC emission control programmes aligned with ISO 14001 and international environmental standards.
