David Liu

David Liu is the Print Quality Control Manager at UGI Printing & Packaging with 16 years of experience in colour management, print measurement, defect analysis and quality systems for OEM packaging production. He oversees all aspects of quality assurance from prepress file preflight and press calibration through to automated 100% camera inspection and finished goods release. David has implemented ISO 12647-compliant colour management workflows across offset and gravure production lines, and has extensive experience with spectrophotometric measurement, AQL sampling plans, G7 methodology and non-conformance corrective action documentation. He holds G7 Expert and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certifications.
