What We Do
End-to-end custom packaging manufacturing
UGI supports gift packaging and food packaging programmes from the initial brief through mass production. The team works with custom structures, branded printing, specialty finishes and OEM/ODM requirements for international B2B customers.
Structural engineering
Custom dielines, inserts, closures, fit checks and structure optimisation for retail, gift, food and e-commerce packaging.
Printing and colour
Offset and digital workflows, CMYK and Pantone colour control, proofing, profiling and repeat-order colour management.
Surface finishing
Lamination, soft-touch, hot foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV, holographic effects and specialty decorative treatments.
Material selection
Paperboard, rigid board, corrugated, kraft and food-contact options selected for performance, appearance, compliance and cost.

Gift, retail and food packaging
Core product families include rigid and foldable gift boxes, jewellery and watch packaging, perfume and cosmetic packaging, folding cartons, paper bags, labels and stickers, bakery and dessert boxes, takeaway containers, burger and snack packaging, cups and sleeves, drink holders, trays and insulated delivery bags.
Every specification is reviewed against product protection, packing efficiency, shelf presentation, food-contact needs where applicable, and the economics of the intended production quantity.

Manufacturing Base
Direct factory control in Guangzhou
UGI operates its own facilities in Huadu District, Guangzhou. In-house production provides direct factory pricing, traceability from raw material to finished unit, and closer control over colour, finishing, assembly and shipment readiness.
