Flat, folded, pop-up and laser-cut structures

Flat and bi-fold cards are efficient for conventional print layouts. Pop-up and tunnel cards require engineered tabs, bridges and fold sequences. Laser-cut invitations need minimum bridge widths and material tests so delicate patterns survive handling.

Design development and quality control

We prepare dielines and prototypes for complex mechanisms, then approve the card opened, closed and packed. Interactive cards with approved light or sound components need battery, switch, wiring, thickness and destination requirements defined separately.

Business cards, key-card holders, cash holders and thank-you cards require different dimensions, board stiffness, writable areas and packing quantities. Quotation and production release

Send finished size, open size, structure, board, envelope, accessories, artwork, printing, finishes, quantity, mailing market and packing method. Fixed costs may include structural development, cutting dies, laser programs, foil or embossing tools and assembly fixtures. Production starts after the working prototype and material-complete sample are approved.

Can UGI Packaging manufacture pop-up greeting cards?

Yes. Our factory develops cutting patterns, paper mechanisms, folds, gluing and assembly fixtures, then inspects opening and closing performance.

Do laser-cut invitations need a physical sample?

Yes. Fine bridges, folds, foil, ribbon and envelope fit must be tested on the actual production material.

Can light or sound components be added?

They can be considered when the component, battery, switch, thickness, destination requirements and assembly are approved for the project.

What starts production?
