UGI Packaging manufactures apparel and footwear packaging boxes in our factory using corrugated board, paperboard, rigid-board wrapping, transparent plastic converting, printing, finishing, assembly and QC equipment. Buyers should select the structure from the product dimensions, packed weight, retail presentation, return or storage use, distribution route and required packing efficiency.
Corrugated and kraft structures
A corrugated apparel box is suitable when flat packing, compression resistance and transport efficiency matter. Board construction, flute, liner, fold direction and closure must be approved with the packed garment or footwear product.
For shipping validation, the complete product, insert and master carton should be tested against the intended route; the ISTA distribution test procedures provide recognized test options.
Drawer, transparent and handled formats
Drawer boxes improve presentation but add sleeve clearance and pull-strength requirements. Transparent formats improve visibility but require scratch, fold or forming, closure and material-approval checks. Handled boxes need reinforcement where the load transfers into the panel.
Printing and premium presentation
Our printing and finishing equipment supports project-approved offset, flexographic, digital and screen printing, lamination, foil and embossing. A premium box can also use the construction principles in our rigid box manufacturing guide.
Sizing, quotation and QC
Send product dimensions and weight, folding method, insert or tissue requirements, box style, board, artwork, finish, quantity and shipping method. Fixed costs may include structural samples, cutting tools, print plates and logo dies. Production starts after the required sample, materials, artwork, quantity and packing specification are approved.
Our QC checks dimensions, board reference, folds, glue, print registration, finish placement, handle or drawer operation, product fit and master-carton packing. For distribution cartons, see our corrugated shipping carton production guide.
