Gift Boxes makes wrapping and presenting easy and professional. Receiving is one of the most important Love Languages, therefore it is important to make your message count.

Custom made Gift Boxes are made up according to your measurements, colour and requirements.

They may be anything from R1 - R100 depending on size, paper, quantity. Minimum orders of 1,000 boxes apply.

Measure the object you would like to insert, remember to make allowances for tissue paper etc.

Custom made Hat Gift Boxes are measured in Diameter and Height

Square Gift Boxes are measured by looking from the top - Width and Height and then the depth.

Choose a colour from our wide variety of grain, glitter or matt paper (View samples below). Handmade paper, which is available in a wide selection, will enhance the look of a gift.

Paper can be custom printed in your Pantone colour and logo to personalize your gift.

Logos can be foiled in gold or silver.

Gift Boxes may be lined in either white or the same colour as the paper selected.

Divisions for either glasses, silk lining and foam inlays may be added.

Windows according to your specifications can be used to display your gifts

Transparent stickers can be applied to brand gift boxes. This is more affordable for smaller quantities and also looks more attractive on glossy paper. Should you prefer matt paper it is recommended that the sticker cover the whole lid.
Custom made Gift bags, either choose a standard size or use your own measurements with our full colour print.

- Glossy Gift bags are available in the following sizes : Small - A6, Medium - A5, Large - A4 and Wine bottle.
- With the adjacent colours for glossy Gift bags
- Gift Bags may be branded with stickers or your logo and Pantone colour can be printed on.
- Matt Gift bags are available in: Natural, White, Black, Cerise Pink, Blue, Violet, Light Green, Yellow, Royal Blue, Lilac and Orange

Standard Gift Wrap is available in Sheets 500mm x 700mm sheets - 20 sheets per pack.
Other popular gift Wrap size: 650mm x 850mm or as per your art design.
Full spectrum of colors that names shown are those colors that match we will ship whichever we have in use. If you want to know which one is the common color, we have printed that over the color block. Sometimes it is hard to tell on different monitors so we have tried to help eliminate that confusion.
Custom made Gift Boxes and Custom made Gift Bags are manufactured with precision and rich experience. No gifts are too large or too small for us - Dressing and Packing of gifts is our game - What you call to your mind and we will bring gift packaging to you!
CUSTOM MADE
The custom design gift packagings give a versatile packaging product suitable for a multitude of purposes in the promotional and gift packaging area. The robust designs allow for flat storage, and easy, fold-up assembly requiring no gluing or fixing.
Our gift packagings are available in Natural Corrugated, Natural Kraft and Matt Black, White Gloss, which are available in other colours and finishes, but do require a minimum order of 1,000 units per size or design.
Please Note - Cardboard boxes and lids will be delivered flat, ready to fold and assemble to save your ocean freight. PVC/PET Lids will be delivered formed and welded, ready for use.
Cardboard Finishes and Colours
Following cardboard finishes and colours are normal where applicable:
'E' Flute Board: A smooth and very sturdy board @ 105 - 460gsm. Natural one side; white the other. It has a very high recycled content. Used in our Die Cut Carton Range, and for the bases of our largest size boxes for added strength.
Natural Kraft Board: A smooth board with a parchment-like look. It is white reversed and a good strength board. It has no recycled content.
Natural Corrugated Board: A corrugated, fluted look natural cardboard with natural reverse liner. It has good strength normally @ 380 gsm and is quite a robust board. It is partly recycled.
Matt Colours (excludes black matt): This range of cardboard colours has been especially printed to provide a high quality board in a range of popular colours: white, cream, red, green, yellow, blue, orange, purple, pink, lime, light blue, light pink, light mauve, brown, silver, gold and olive. It has no recycled content.
Black Matt Board: This is a very popular, high quality board with good strength @ 380gsm. It has a black reverse liner.
Gloss Colours (excludes white gloss): This is the same board as used in our matt coloured range (409 gsm) but with a very high gloss celloglazed poly finish, improving both appearance and handling qualities. It may be wiped with a moist cloth. Available in a range of colours: gold, silver, red, blue and black.
White Gloss and White Matt: An excellent quality and very popular board (350gsm) which is covered with a celloglazed poly finish in both the high gloss poly (for white gloss) and a matt poly (for white matt).
White Gloss (as used in the White Gloss Box Range): This is a white gloss board (300gsm), which is slightly lighter in weight than our celloglazed white gloss (350gsm).
UGI also specialises in 'one off' box and bag designs for customers requiring that special box made to fit their individual requirements and offers a gold/silver foil service.
For those who require a 'see through' lid to their box, UGI provides optional clear PVC/PET lids to fit most box sizes.
If you have your own design of gift boxes, please offer your art design and we will prepare samples accordingly for your confirmation.
If only with a rough idea, fell free to tell us the size of box you require, as our packaging designer will draw the technical sketch for your review.
If the box samples are approved by your side, a quoted price can then be given based on the total quantities of the order. (The minimum order requirement for custom design boxes is 1,000 units.)
