Why a Wooden Box Attractive?

What makes a wooden box a lovely item to have and an excellent item to present to someone as a gift? A wooden box differs from regular gift boxes. A wooden box, tends to be hand-crafted or crafted into brilliant designs by machines. What sets them apart is the fact that the cheap paper designs tend to be boring and unattractive, often not really designs but just shapes with minor details and created for the sole purpose of storing your products.

We work mainly with pine, spruce, and cedar softwoods etc, because of the favorable cost factor; they look great and last nearly forever without having to charge you an arm and a leg. Should you prefer other wood species we can accommodate you. Our Pine / Spruce wood boxes are available in their natural state, but can be stained, painted and or clear coated. Our Cedar wood boxes usually come in their natural state or with a clear natural oil finish to enhance the wood grain appearance, makes it look oh so beautiful!

 

Wood Box Finishes

Wooden Boxes can in different finishes, such as red, mahogany, black, natural, honey oak, green, white, stain, burn and so on. Strong Wooden packaging with print and a variety of varnish, emboss, foil, and painting (PE, PU, UV) finishes can be the ultimate luxury packaging for your product. Alternatively wood can be very cheap, sourced from environmentally friendly supplies and offer fantastic value as the package to protect and present your items.

Wood Box Logo

Logo print is important to wooden boxes, it makes wooden box attractive and can delivery more information of your company and products to your customers. We can screen print, heat burn, brozne or laser cut logo on box lid. Screen print logo can be in 4 colors at most, heat burn logo can be in light or dark brown, laser cut logo can be in special pattern but expensive, brozning logo in single color also expensive. We prefer you supply high resolution logo design to make molding well.

Wooden Box Divider

To protect products well and hold them in the right place, we design different style dividers for wooden boxes. There are removable divider, fixed divider, EVA frame, foam frame and velvet lining styles for your choice. Our products can also utilize custom velveteen foam inserts to insert your products. This allows virtually anything to be packaged securely in our boxes with style and grace.

We need exact product information to design right size dividers and frames. For EVA and foam frame, as there are molding fee, costs to be higher than other style dividers.

Custom Designs

From printed wooden boxes with hinged lids for your gift items, we supply a fabulous range of bespoke wooden products, whatever the quantity. We can show you a range of wood types and joining methods, with an even bigger range of stains, varnishes and print techniques before we need to embark on designs to suit your product. Then our designers can take your logo or artwork and work with you or your designers to create a mock-up for you to sign off, including the inner structure to hold you product in place, made of wood, plastic, metal or with packing materials such as straw, foam or paper.
