What Is Double Dimension Surface Treatment?
Double Dimension refers to the use of two or more processes to create a layered, multi-dimensional appearance on packaging materials. These processes may include:
- Embossing/Debossing: Adding raised or recessed textures to the material.
- Hot Foil Stamping: Applying metallic or holographic foils to the surface.
- UV Coating: Enhancing specific areas with a glossy, matte, or textured finish.
- Lamination: Adding protective and aesthetic layers to the surface.
- Printing Techniques: Utilizing advanced printing methods such as offset, flexographic, or digital printing for vibrant designs.
- Laser Engraving: Precisely etching patterns or details into the material.
By combining these techniques, Double Dimension creates a unique interplay of textures, colors, and finishes that elevate the overall packaging design.
